Mr. Samwely Mkwatwa has extensive experience in development and public accountability, with expertise in tax justice, human rights, and youth engagement. He has managed multi-country initiatives and currently leads Policy Forum’s policy analysis and advocacy work on tax and budget through the Tax Justice Working Group (TJWG) and the Budget Working Group (BWG). He also led the Tax Power campaign for over 11 years and most recently coordinated TJNA’s SCUT III implementation in Tanzania.
