 Perspectives on the future of international cooperation in times of multiple crises

GPF Europe and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Geneva are organizing a Webex to launch the report titled “Spotlight on Global Multilateralism on 4th May 2023, from 08:30 to 10:00 EDT.

The new report, "Spotlight on Global Multilateralism," provides valuable insights and recommendations to inform discussions and decisions during the Summit of the Future set to take place in September 2024.

The report provides critical analyses and recommendations for strengthening democratic multilateral structures and policies, believing that fundamental and systemic changes are necessary to rebuild trust and foster multilateral cooperation based on solidarity and international law.

At the online launch event of the report, several speakers, including TJNA’s Acting Executive Director, Chenai Mukumba, will present key findings on various topics. These topics include peace and common security, reforms of the global financial architecture, calls for a New Social Contract, an inclusive digital future, the rights of future generations, and the growing action and interaction of cities and regions at the international level.
